Columbia Journalism School

Who We Are

Founded in 1912 with a gift from Joseph Pulitzer, the Columbia University Graduate School of Journalism trains journalists in a program that stresses academic rigor, ethics, inquiry and professional practice.

What We Do

The Columbia Journalism School Alumni Association and its Board work to strengthen the ties between the Journalism School and its graduates. We are a diverse group, representing the many professions and avocations pursued by J-School alumni, but we are unified in our goal to represent all alumni equally.
